Algebra 2: Solving Quadratics INB Pages

Algebra 2 Unit 3 was all about solving quadratic equations.  Originally, I had planned to make it about solving quadratics, polynomials, exponentials, and logarithms.  But, I found that it was smarter to cover solving logarithmic equations at the same time that I taught logarithms, etc.  I really should have broken Algebra 2 up into smaller units this year.  So, all we needed to focus on for Unit 3 was Quadratics.

I used the same equations from the factoring page so students could (hopefully!) make the connection between finding x-intercepts and finding solutions.
